Welcome back to our ”How To Fuck A Girl” series. Last time, I gave you some mindsets that are essential for becoming a good lover. But no mindsets will make you a good lover if you don’t know any practical techniques.
This is what this post today will cover. I will share some sex techniques, but first of all I will give some tips on how to fuck properly and then give you some awesome techniques that will make you stand out in the sack.
There is a lot to be said on this topic, but I will stick with the basics and instead write more detailed posts on different aspects concerning sex on later occasions. As there will be a lot of material in this particular guide, it will be split in two parts. This is part 1 of the guide.

1) Dominant sex

As seen in the previous post, most women get really turned on by dominant sex. This is because this makes her feel really attractive. Dominance as covered in many other posts is one essential traits of an alpha male, so being dominant will most likely make her feel like she is having sex with an alpha, which is awesome.
What I mean with dominant sex is hard to define. But a good start is that dominant sex is often referred to as “ruff sex”. You need to fuck her hard, and do your best to penetrate her as deeply as possible as we should also see later, most of her sensitive spots are situated deep inside her vagina.

Another thing is that she feels a greater connection with you and will feel more feminine when she feels having your cock is deep inside of her.

Doing ruff moves (such as fucking her ”hard”) is also an important element of “dominant sex”, which makes her feel very attractive because she feels you are ”losing control” when you are fucking her – she feels she is making you crazy, which again makes her feel attractive.
But dominant sex doesn’t necessarily mean BDSM sex, but there are some similarities. The similarity is that you take the lead – you are the one leading the whole act. You also do moves that makes her feel under your control – but again, be careful and keep your eyes open for her reactions.
I will now give you a little list of dominant moves, which you can do during sex:
* Spanking – most women enjoy being spanked. Start of lightly, if she likes it, you can always increase the level.
* Grabbing her head/pulling her hair – The same thing as described above goes for this one as well. A good tip about hair pulling is to grab her hair by the root (near her scalp), this way it doesn’t hurt.
* Holding her wrists – (locking her up) so that she really feels being under your control. For this one, you should be careful and only do it on women who you know are very comfortable about it. If a girl has been giving you any resistance (about anything from kissing to having sex) beforehand, you should be more careful with dominant moves such as these.
*  You control her body - Whenever you switch position,  you simply grab her body and make her switch position (you don’t ask her about doing it… you just do it, more on that later)
* Dirty talking –  Tell her some dirty words (with a rather deep sexual voice of course). Most women seem to like this. You tell her something dirty about what you want to do to her (”I want to fuck the shit out of you”), you call her by some dirty names  (”you like that, dirty little girl?) (Avoid calling her a slut – most women have negative associations with this word), tell her what she is doing to you (”you make me so fucking hard”).

2) Asking for permission?

Whenever you ask for permission, you are being submissive. This means you are not being dominant. Many women would consider this a huge turn off. By asking permission, I mean saying something like this:

”Can I take you doggy”

This is a huge turn off for her. You don’t ask for permission, because if you do, you will be perceived as the submissive partner during the interaction as you show you are dependent of her approval and acceptance, which will make her into the dominant one.
Instead, you simply tell her to do certain things you desire to do and screen for [look out for] a reaction (often non-verbal). If it is positive, that is a ”yes”… if it is a negative one, well… obviously it is a ”no”.

You can also simply do something without verbalizing it, like lead her non-verbally, such as grabbing her body and change position. If her reaction is negative, take a step back and do something else, if it positive you keep on going!

3) Sex positions

You can find picture and descriptions about different sex positions on the net… so instead of describing each position, I will write roughly about them but considering the most common of them.

Man-on-top:
A very good position because it gives you so much flexibility. You can give her some eye contact while fucking (which is dominant move, a huge turn on for most women).
However, the best thing with the man-on-top positions is the flexibility. You can easily do a classic missionary position, but you can also easily from there, take her legs and put them on your shoulder which not only is a very dominant position, but allows for very deep penetrations.
A modification of this technique is to let her legs rest on your arms instead of your shoulders. With this position you can easily control the direction of where your penis is aiming inside her pussy.
Woman-on-top:
This is also a very good position that many women like. However it is one of the less dominant positions of them all. So you will have to compensate by doing other dominant moves (dirty talking, spanking, deep eye contact…). However there are some good elements with this position.
The first one is that it allows women to have more control on where your penis is aiming – which spot inside her your penis is stimulating. This on the other hand requires that the woman knows her body very well.
There is also an element of flexibility with this position, namely that you can switch between her facing you, or her showing her back to you wile riding you. Both positions allow for a different type of penetration – your penis will aim for different spots.
You can also switch between ”back and forth” moves and ”in and out” moves which both gives a different experience.
From Behind:
Often referred to as “the doggy style position”. This position is one of the most dominant positions and allows for deep penetration. Many women have preference for this position.
It gives you also a lot of opportunities – such as doing certain dominant moves. You can easily spank her or pull her hair while doing this position.
Also, there are different ways of fucking a chick from behind. I will only list a few of them, and each of them gives a different experience – it stimulates different spots within her vagina.
The first variation is her lying down on her belly, and you are laying over her from behind. This is good because it creates a lot of intimacy.
Another variation is when she is crouching on all fours. This position is more dominant than the previous one and allows spanking with more ease.
The third version could be described as a mix of both. Her legs are on the bed, but instead of crouching on all fours, she has her chest down on the bed. This position is very dominant as well, but varies from the previous one in terms of which spot inside of her is being stimulated.

4) Focus on the different sensitive spots

There are multiple spots near and inside her vagina. Knowing where these are situated can come off as handy as you will then know where to aim when you fuck her. It will also come off as handy when we’re in the next part of this guide and will talk about pussy licking.
So here is a list of each spot. I will also give you an idea of where each of them is situated. It should be kept in mind that the precise location differs from women to women, so consider this an overall view. Also, it should be noted that the receptiveness on each of these spots also differs.
Clitoris: is the round dot situated above the vaginal opening and the urethral opening. Most men know where it is situated. It is the most common source of female sexual pleasure. It can be stimulated, either by with you fingers, hand palm or trough oral sex.
G-spot: oh yeah the infamous G-spot. Guess what? It does exist and it is situated about 1-1,5 inches inside her vagina, direction upward (right below her bladder). Many women find G-spot stimulation being somewhat more powerful than clitoral.
A-spot: It has a pretty similar location to the G-spot – below her bladder, however the difference is that this one is situated deeper inside her pussy – at the end of her vagina. Deep-spot: This spot is situated under the A-spot – so again, deep inside her pussy, however, its location differs with the A-Spot as it is situation – it is not situated upward but downward in her pussy. Therefore the Deep-spot is often referred to as the wall between her rectum and her pussy.
This is often the cause of female anal orgasm, as while they are being anally penetrated, they are getting their deep-spot stimulated, which can also be stimulated by vaginal intercourse.
U-spot: This one is a rather infamous spot, situated between her clitoris and urethral opening. Some women claim to have gotten good orgasms from U-spot stimulation.  It is stimulated by oral intercourse and with fingers.
